At Native Things, we source traditional, town-specific products from their places of origin. Each order is carefully prepared and packed for delivery.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. Free shipping is available for eligible deliveries in South India, as indicated on our website. Applicable shipping charges for other locations will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For products available for immediate dispatch, we generally aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days. Products that require additional preparation or are made to order may need more time.
The estimated dispatch time for a specific product may vary depending on availability and preparation requirements.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination, courier service, product availability and other logistical factors.
The estimated delivery period shown for a product or communicated by our support team should be treated as an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, public holidays, severe weather and transport disruptions may cause delays.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Some of our traditional products are prepared or sourced after an order is placed. These products may require additional preparation time.
Where additional time is required, we will communicate the expected timeline to the customer.
5. Product Availability
If an ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied within a reasonable period, we will contact the customer to explain the situation and discuss the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
We will not silently cancel an order without informing the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the available tracking details through the contact information provided with your order.

7. Delivery Delays
We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated time. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our control.
